There is a small pond some fifty yards from the mere which the club have named Little Mere, it will hold about 6 stages but this pool holds some surprises and I think it will prove popular with both young and older anglers. Both these waters contain some good sized fish including Carp, Tench, Bream, Perch, Chubb, Roach, Crucian and bagging up carp.

Dovehouse Pool  

Dovehouse Pool is just under two acres with a depth of 3’ to 10’ Known species are: large Common and Mirror Carp, small Carp, Crucian Carp, Tench, Bream, Roach, Rudd, Chub and the odd Trout.There are 28 pegs with parking for about fifteen cars.

Damhead Fishery  

Damhead fishery historically consisted of two ponds on beautiful surroundings extending to approximately 1.15 acres located halfway between Chester and Liverpool in Damhead Lane, Willaston, just of of the A540. After recent restructuring by the new owner in February 2011 both ponds have been joined together to create one large pond measuring approximately 0.7 acres. There are 21 pegs available to fish from, the first two have been adapted to enable disabled access.

Budworth Mere  

Budworth Mere with 80 acres in size is large water. However, Budworth is shallow water with depths reaching up to 5 feet. The water shelves gradually before it levels out. The mere holds goods shoals of coarse fish including bream and roach, plus a few odd carp. In the right conditions, big bags of bream (up to and over the magic 100lbs) can be caught on the feeder.

Bradeley Hall Fishing Pool
